i loved the staff. they were so helpful! the location was perfect for exploring (everything felt so close!). the wine hour each evening was a treat, a really nice touch.
the room was small, and there wasn't a table or chair (it would have been nice to have that).

The breakfast offered a nice selection of fresh and healthy items. The hotel provides replacement towels and tea when the do not disturb sign is used. The hotel includes many outlets in the rooms for charging devices. Attentive breakfast staff ensures prompt service and a cute atmosphere.
The room decor looked a little tired and scuff marks were visible on the walls.

the breakfast was plentiful with varied options (i liked the pastries). the hotel's location is great near shops and the metro station. the staff was attentive. i appreciated the wine hour in the lobby.
the room looked different than expected, more like a basic student room. i also felt it was expensive for the size and style of the room received.
